Topography in this area lends itself to unique layouts and this course is no exception-a must play and worth the price- not for higher handicaps and you need to play it a few times as there are some blind shots that will surprise you

course condition has had it's ups and downs, right now it's on an up- greens are as good as ever, removing rocks from traps and adding a little sand would be helpful, slows down when busy and no starter to put singles and twosomes together

almost 5 stars in comparison to other courses in area- Having a Marshall helps a lot, above average layout and greens, closed snack bar on a friday at 5:00

Greens above average,fairways and tees average, layout much better than lame review referring to back 9 being like golly golf- I have played over 150 courses.and this one won't disappoint you. Not real easy the first time you play

5,880 from whites- 6,200 from blues- just right for us 80 year olds- challenging but not punishing- 90 degree because of overseed was no problem- fairways have matured well-greens almost but very playable- had a great time

Condition of course is the best it has been in years- cart paths need lots of help-overall not bad

Wife & I played at 11;40 (tee off time) Paice of play, course condition, hot dog at turn and check in could not have been better

Played all courses but Mauna Lani and this course is the best- make sure you play it at the beginning of your trip because you will be back- one of Dyes best

Has a muni feel, so was very enjoyable playing a quality golf course with a casual vibe- more ocean views than Mauna Kea and just as well laid out-currently in great condition

Very unique course- a must play for avid golfers looking for a fun time-would question capabilities of reviewers that gave poor rating-challenging but playable if you pay attention

Some reviews amaze me- we didn't experience any of what the last 2 reviews did- greens were not slow, pace was 4 hours , greens rolled fine, service was great- we had no complaints

If you can hit the shots, play mostly the right side of fairway- the trouble is mostly visual- greens are not very undulating-play smart and you will have a good time

most courses in the area have been spending time aerating and reseeding for upcoming winter play, this course is 90% ready and looks great- not a course for high handicappers-worth a try

attention to the greens has paid off, fairways average, traps need help- no starter or marshal means course is loaded with 2somes and singles who can tee off on first come bases-most of the carts are missing windshields so unpleasant on a cold day-price and location keeps us coming back

professionally designed- great layout and fun to play- can't recommend this course because of the condition of the greens- the worst you will find in the area and doesn't look like they will be better anytime soon

other than a few holes on the back this course is overrated and to expensive- there are other courses in the area that are a better value and offer a better overall experience

After playing a few courses in the area it is easy to say this is one of the better values, the overall design of this course is one of the best , challenging but playable, much better than the Ledges- don"t miss this one

We were stuck behind men's club tournament, so played the front nine twice- course condition was above average, some of the cart paths were dirt and needed some attention, greens rolled great, well designed but not easy for beginning player- bar closes at 4:00 so usual beers after round were out- no cart girl so will bring ice chest next time

Always fun, challenging but fair, watch your speed on high side of greens, don't get disappointed when you can't reach first green- it gets better

Always have loved this layout- to bad it has been so neglected-looks like current owner has no intention of doing much other than collecting green fees
