Excellent Condition
Course was in excellent condition. Greens were in great shape. Only problem is that two of the holes have water that seem to attract the golf ball !

Course is deteriorating. Greens are in terrible shape. Some so bad that you must move the ball to avoid large holes. There may be a good reason for this, but there is no reason for vegetation growth in the bunkers. You can tell that the upkeep /maintenance of the course is going in the wrong direction.
