Good course, if you like links course. Greens in very good condition. Huge flocks of geese are disappointing and definitely reduce the enjoyment. 4 or 5 holes contain so many geese that you have to be aware of them, play around them, and "step gingerly" so you don't step in their 'remains'.

Can normally play at a good pace at BR. 2 shortcomings - have played there 5 times this summer; 3 of the 5 times, carts are not available, and groups need to wait for carts to come in from people finishing. Causes tee times to back up. Other bigger problem is gnats can be bothersome. Usually, just a handful of holes, although 1 time was on most holes. Last week was much better, perhaps due to colder nights, or a light wind that was blowing. All in all, a very nice course, good difficulty and variety, which is kept in excellent condition.
