Arrived early, 20 people in line to check in, they asked if we were playing 18, said yes, they said go ahead of us. I did and checked in for 8:14 tee time. Wasn't directed where to get cart, range balls etc..
You had to self check in for cart, register on sign in sheet, get your own range balls from dispenser with no one around to assist to make sure it was proper precedure. No starter at first tee initially. He showed up, I checked in, other two folks I was to be paired with were no shows, he paired me with 2 other guys, but they put 4 regular foursomes ahead of us at our tee time and said, oh they play fast. Was told I had to ride with another guy, said no I'll pay for full cart, proshop said$59 because they were losing a green fee with the empty seat. I gave them$20 after a brief argument that it was a ripoff. Asked starter if we could tee off on back nine, he reluctantly let us. A real pain in the butt. Really disorganized.

Decided to ride out to check it out before getting a tee time on TEEOFF. Checked in at the proshop and they told me 3 holes were closed and several were cart path only. The offered me a $50 rate versus TEEOFF at $55. I was OK with that since i just walked up. TEEOFF needs to be advised when a course is only partially open. 3 holes were under reconstruction, and the ones that were cart path only looked like they were keeping cart traffic off to allow the fairways to grow in. Layout and views were awesome, greens were in great shape, fairways were pretty good too. If you're not a straight hitter, bring lots of balls. if you get very far off the fairways good luck finding your ball, heavy rough/woods etc.. I'd pay the $55 just to see the views offered on some holes.
