For playing this course for the first time in the middle of October i thought the course was in great shape.This course is very easy to score on if you can put the ball in the hole. Unfortunately for me i did not do this . The greens were in great shape for so late in the year. I will definitely play this course a again.

Great golf course to play that rewards good golf shots if you are playing in the fairways. Very penal playing out of the rough especially around the greens .

From the pro shop to the course best staff and crew working on any course I have ever played. This is one of the best golf courses in Massachusetts private of public . Well worth the price of $75 with a cart.

This course has very small tricky greens with A lot of blind tee shots. I played the course from the white tees and found the yardage to be nice for a golfer who can hit a two hundred yards tee shots.

My second time playing the course. I like it even better . When playing this golf course from the tees it looks very wide open but in reality you have to think about where
you want your drive to end up. This is a great design feature for a golf course. The greens where in perfect shape for this time of year. The staff also was very friendly. Only negative was the cart paths and finding some of the tee boxes.

Except for the ninth hole and eighteen hole this is a Very nice golf course to plsy . It's to bad that both finishing hole are the worst holes on the course

Played the course in two hours with cart . Very generous faraway . The course played wet because of the early morning dew. The greens were in great shape for this time of year

For playing late in the year the course was in great shape. Would definitely play it again . Also a great course for the price.

We arrived early for our tee time on a very hot Monday morning. Our tee time was for twelve noon. W got to the course at eleven am. I asked if we could tee off early and was told that the earliest time would be 11:50 despite the fact that nobody was on the first tee or anyone waiting. We got a large bucket of golf balls to pass the time and chipped and putted. Despite the fact that I did not play well. I found the corse to be very enjoyable and would play it again. My only complaint was having to wait to tee off when the first tee sat empty for over 45 minutes.

Great short eighteen hole golf course. The course was in great shape and very well landscape. They only negative was the pace of play was extremely slow on the back nine

We arrived at the course at 11am expecting to play 18 holes of golf after a 2 1\2 your drive. We were told that the front nine was not open and that they were only letting people of the back nine . There was no notification of this when I booked my tee time. Then was told by the pro shop person that at least I was playing at discount rate. Which was a totally rude thing to say. We tried to make the best of the situation and tee off at 11:30 following three groups of very slow players. Finished nine holes in three hours. There was no rangers in the course of any way to play through any of the groups in front of us. The conditions in the course were not good. Two of the fairways the grass was as long as the rough. Was expecting to play a resort type golf course. Lastly when we finished nine holes there were four groups waiting to tee off a head of us . It would have been dark by the time we finished our round. No one at the course was helpful to us at any point of playing this golf. It was a very disappointing experience.

I played this course on a very hot day. The course was in excellent shape for this time of year. I found the greens very receptive to my game which is to run the ball up to the greens. I also thought the course played a lot shorter than what the yardage said on the score card.There were not a lot of trees on this course and most of the fairways had generous landing areas.

Was extremely impress with The golf course design. Felt like I was in two different parts of new England. Front side first five holes like playing in Vermont. The last three hole like play a links course on cape cod. The old negative thing about the course are the houses. I am just an old school player and don't like houses on golf courses. This was a bucket list golf course for me and I can't wait to play the course again.

The only thing missing on this golf course is yardage markers and to be better defined.

I had a hard time getting to the golf course but once I was there I found it to be a very enjoy able Course to play.

I found the golf course to be in pretty good shape in the fairways and greens,but the tee areas and rough were in bad shape.There were a lot of hard packed areas around the edges of the greens and fairways.

I found the course to be in excellent condition. I have not played it in at least 15 years. I was very impressed with the overall condition of the course being late summer.
