I’ve played this course a few times in the last year and find its general condition to be below average. Tee boxes are quite cut up and the greens patchy. Although we’ve had wet weather recently, the drainage does not seem to cope well and many greens were very squelchy.

Nicely laid out course with several challenging holes and some that seems easy but a lot of accuracy is needed. Tees and greens fairly good condition. Can be busy mid week and definitely busy weekends, so be prepared. Club house nice and staff friendly. Club is part of a bigger corporation called Burr Hill, so generally there’s money to plough back in to course and facilities
