The course was quite dry today. Some tee decks were toasted. I know it’s been hot so understandable. But it’s kind of crazy here in Canada we get a few months of good golf weather and we can’t keep the courses lush for even that! Haha anyhow give that grass a drink club link!!!

Great course. I am so glad they don’t cram the tee times and the pace of play was exactly 4 hours. Not like 6 hours on some of the other courses in the area.

I used to golf dragon's fire all the time. It was a hidden gem. But after two years of not playing this course, today I was not impressed with what this course has become. $113 to play 18 holes with a cart that does not have gps, no range balls included and jam packed track with 20+ handicappers. Bush league course now.

Forget about the wack jobs behind you yelling “FORE” out of courtesy when they almost hit you. They just got done hockey practice with the boys and they’re all fired up to hit some cart paths and OBs bud. Good time to use those water balls you found last round bud.

I’m not sure what the Marshall’s do other than stop, wait and watch you hit the ball to maybe learn how to play? Very weird. I feel sorry for this course and what has happened to it over the years.

Today was the last time I play here.

I love 5 min away and have never played Glen Abbey. Wow I have been missing out. What an amazing course.

It’s crazy that I’n2018 you have grumpy old men working at golf course and have an attitude toward young people playing golf.

Marshall asked my brother and I to hurry up because no one was in front of us and the three people behind us complained. Pretty funny because we weren’t holding them up at all. We repair our ball marks on green and fill in divots appropriatel. I shot an 83 so I’m not a pro but definitely not a beginner. When we let the threesome pass, they all missed the green and 2 ball went in the water. They went up to the green and didn’t even putt. They were just picking up their balls. We saw them do this on every hole. Maybe the marshalls should use their discussion before telling people to “hurry up”. WE Both played 4 rounds there this weekend so you will lose my business to many of the other great courses in the area.

I like playing new courses all the time but... Random people walking their kids on the course while we were trying to hit our approach shots. Greens keeper watering the greens while we were putting on multiple holes. Making so much noise with his hose and vehicle. I've never had more of a strange round than at this course. Also it was rock hard and not fun at all. I thought club link was good but I guess they're just holding on to trash courses until they can sell the land for condos like Glen Abbey.

The tee boxes are so hard it takes multiple tries to even put your tee in. Sometimes even breaking your tee trying to put it in the ground. Bunkers are unplayable which is a big negative. Other than that, great layout and fun to play. Could be a lot better though

I usually play in the GTA but thought we'd try this course because of the amazing pictures online...well they are just pictures. Course wasn't even close to replicate the shape that the course was in. I didn't even use my Cleveland wedges out of the bunkers because there was rocks in the sand. I'd skip this course if you are considering playing.

First time playing this course. Beautiful views. Quick pace and great conditions. Lost a few balls to the autum leaves but just dropped a free ball :) wish I would have played this course early in the season so I knew how great it was!

Greens were faster than last time I played. Wasn't over booked like most weekend courses which was nice.

Sunday August 4th will be my last time playing this course. This was my 7 or 8th round here since I discovered this course a month ago. The pace of play was ridiculous. The greens are now damaged and seems that nobody repairs their ball divots. All of the garbage containers were overflowing with garbage and beer cans on the ground. With as many marshals as they have driving around, you figure one of them would notice this mess and clean it up! The worst part of it was the marshal didn't admit that it was too slow and was arguing with me about it. Meanwhile we were waiting on the 3rd tee off with a group of 4 in the fairway, a group of 4 on the green, a group of 4 waiting behind us, a group of 4 on the 2nd green and a group of 4 coming up to the 2nd green (but in the fairway). absolutely unacceptable. I played 36 holes the day before (Saturday) and it was slow too but they promised me they're going to start speeding play up... HAHAHA YA RIGHT. Anyhow, I'll be back when they stop making all tee times 8 min apart....maybe.

First time playing here this past weekend. It's a bit of a drive from Burlington so may not go back based on that. There are closer courses to me that are in great shape as well. Would recommend to someone closer to this area.

I really enjoyed this parkland type course. I had the best round ever and maybe that contributed to my 5 star review haha,. Kidding aside, I have already booked another round with my dad, brother and friend for tomorrow AM!! Can't wait!

Just perfect! First time playing the course and I had a lot of fun. Great shape and nice layout.
