The course was fine...
The course was fine for the price. They could water and feed the grass some more. My major complaint is that the staff wasn't very friendly and there wasn't even a single ranger on the course. We had considerable wait time on every hole on the front 9. Back nine had some lengthy wait times, but not as many as the front.

Poorly managed course
The rangers did nothing to move play along. The wait times at each hole were unvearable. We could not finish 18 holes in under 5.5 hours.
