Since I can't find a way to get back with you, I will write it here. The course was closed at my tee time because of frost and all start times were moved to 12:00.(Mine was at 10:23) and cart path only. Because I got my tee time through you, I didn't find this out until arriving and because I can only walk short distances and the later tee times, I had to cancel. I tried to find a way to get a refund on your site but couldn't because it was past the time that was scheduled.

Course was in horrible shape. Cart paths were almost non existent. tee boxes and greens were poorly maintained and sand traps were mud holes.

I was paired with a threesome and the staff did everything to help us enjoy our round, getting us off early. We looked at the score card for the yardage from each tee, and remarked that it was fairly short, but wind conditions kept us at the white tees. Then we started to question the total yardage as, we were playing some long par 4s and I believe 4 par 5s on the front. The back was gracefully shorter. Turns out when they moved the clubhouse there was no way to route the course in any other configuration. Club house was big and very clean and the staff was very welcoming.

The staff, the price, the layout, tee boxes and fairways were fantastic. The greens were mediocre at best and 90% of the traps were full of rocks. Too bad because it's an outstanding layout.

It was a great day and great course. Traps bottomed out though. Very little sand and then almost clay. super layout and a real challenge. need to play again after learning bailout areas. Oh by the way, it was 90 degrees out that day.

Most courses start at the 1st hole and end at the 18th or if you are lucky, the 19th. Here it started in the parking lot, as the cart was delivered to my car with a welcoming smile and "Good morning" . It carried right into the club house and pro shop with hellos and welcome coming from everywhere. With very clear instructions, I headed to the range which was in very good condition, good signage for yardage and complimentary balls. A chipping area and large bunker as well as a putting green for forty flat stickers was also in great shape. I then headed to the 1st hole and again greeted with a good morning and have a great round. Well I did. It got a little slow on the back nine after I caught up to a group of members but the course was in great condition with wide landing areas and consistent greens. After putting the 18th I looked up and one of the employees was cleaning my clubs. I highly recommend this course and will surely play it again when I get down this way. True country club atmosphere and hospitality.

Because of a lack of rain for a few month, the course was very dry and greens were burned out a bit.

Jack has always been able to find spots for bunkers from any tee. But here they seem to be a bit shorter so you can get over. Laying up, always left a long shot to the green. The course was in great shape and everyone had a smile. warming up was a bit tough. No range. Hit into nets and you couldn't tee one up off the mat to hit driver. only real downside.

Very good condition and very fair greens. Old style with tight fairways.

Normally this course is in excellent shape and ready for play. Today the greens were sheared and browning out in areas. although very fast they were a bit inconsistent. The play was also slower than usual. It took us almost 4 hours to play 12 holes. We teed off at 13 and the group in front of us continued to play like professionals slow and deliberate, even when they hit a second ball. All in all it is a very nice course and a true challenge under normal conditions.

Being a Nicklaus course, one expects challenges and great conditions. Only one came into play here. The greens were in very poor shape, the rough was very inconsistent as far as length and type of grass and the traps had different kinds of sand. Nice layout and very polite and generous staff, but over priced for the quality of the course. I doubt if I will ever play it again, and I am one to want to come back once I know a layout and can plan my round. Too bad.

The course and staff, grounds and views were fantastic. But, when you play a Pete Dye course, one has to be ready for more than just a challenge. the man is a master of deception. Always throwing a knuckle ball when you are waiting on the curve. Loved the course but not my score. Would go back for more punishment though.

Have played here more than other course in the Palm Springs area and would always go back. Great staff and course. Only bad area were the traps. Some of them rock hard without sand.
