I'm sure this place was nice 20yrs ago. But not anymore. Fairways & greens were fine. Rough was ankle deep with leftover clippings strewn about. So finding a ball was as close to needle in a haystack as you get.
Carts were garbage. Tee boxes poor. Signage poor if it was even there.
Fairways & greens were fine. But everything else below average. All the little things being neglected added up & turned what could be a nice course into below average.

Hidden Gem of Dayton area.
Very well maintained. Nice & open, but not overly so.
Some very fun holes, & some difficult ones as well.
You wont find a better course for the price in the area.
Rate of play is always on point as well.

Average at best. Nothing wrong with this place, but nothing special either.
Tends to get very crowded weekends. Doesnt have cart paths all the way around, so if its rained, back 9 might be swamped as it sits in a levied bowl next to Miami River.
This course is nice, but not as nice as they act like it is. Fun to play, great staff. The food & eating area is really nice. Nice practice green. Pace can drag onnnnnn.
Course fairly well maintained, above average. No real signature hole. Pretty open fairways, nice greens, maintained tee boxes.
This course is squarely in the middle of the pack for Dayton. Worth a 30min drive.

This course is always well maintained. Its difficult, but fun. Some long 5's, one down a huge hill. The back 9 is beautiful.
Pace is always of concern to the ranger & will be addressed if a group is slowing things down.
One of the best spots in Dayton.

This course is literally in a old pasture. It is only good for a cheap place to play a quick round. Usual rate is $20 w/cart for 18.
There is really nothing nice about the course. However, beer is cheap, no dress code, pretty easy course to play.
If you are a beginner, or just want to have a fun time with the guys & not take it too seriously, this is your spot.
If you're looking for a nice place to play a round, avoid it.

This is a par 3 course with one par4. Its a fun place to squeeze in a quick solo round.
Well maintained, carts were fine, greens fine.
