It took our group 3 hours to complete the front nine. That’s completely ridiculous any time of the year but for a summer round when it’s getting to 110 out it’s unacceptable. Our group called it quits after it took us 25 minutes to complete the 10th hole and we came up to two groups on the 11th tee. We called the front and they said there was nothing they could do and that their marshal went home (it was just about noon) so they couldn’t go enforce pace of play.

The groups ahead said there was a group in front of them spending more time drinking than playing which was the cause of the back up. If that’s the case I still see it as the responsibility of the golf course to ensure that they’re maintaining pace, the “nothing we can do” response was infuriating.

This looks like it could be a really fun course, but I will not be back.

This is a great course when it’s maintained, but the only thing in a moderate condition were the greens. The tee boxes were hard, the fairways were completely dried out and brown, and the bunkers had no sand. I get that they’re preparing to plant the winter grass but then they shouldn’t have been charging $70 to let people play on dirt when that’s the same price they were charging for the maintained course.

This is my favorite summer course as they always maintain it very well even as the temps rise

This is always a fun course to play. The course layout balances fun and challenging holes. The fairways are pretty bare in a few spots but that’s something that should be expected in Arizona during the summer and the new grass looks like it’s coming in well. The greens were perfect and everything else was well maintained. Definitely will be back before the summer is over while the course is wide open.

Played at 2 pm on a Saturday and there was no other group in sight of ours; we were able to relax and enjoy our round. Greens were pretty slow but other than that it was a great round and I will play again.
