Great time Sunday. First time playing there . Course was fun , and challenging, and in Excellent conditions. Especially the greens and traps .
Look forward to playing there again.

Eagle Creek is a fun course , lots of challenges depending on the tees you play. It has been in great to good shape the last few times playing.
Only issue is when it rains it gets soggy.
Usually drains fairly well. However if I needs anything right now it would be work on the sand traps and bunkers.
There are one or two holes that have nice sugar sand , the others are hard and small lakes.
Other than that , I like it.

Only issue I have though the pace of play was Ok . They seem to load it with too many twosomes. Especially when there are two foursomes ahead , holding things up.
I would also like to see the Management who now owns this course , put the same effort into other course's they own that were once in great condition .

I have been playing this course since its beginning. It used to be in excellent shape. Even in its best days they were a bit pricey. However they still demand a high dollar to play during peek.
With the golf now discount, it was not worth the aggravation.
The tee boxes are worn., fairways in bad shape , lots of weeds, and bare spots. The greens were not awful but with the season coming up they need to be better.
To make matters worse I was a single player. Played the front nine in a little over an Hour.
The back nine I quit after 11. A couple playing in front of me had good pace , but the threesome in front of them were very slow. 45 minutes for two holes, and they were not letting anyone play through. No Golf etiquette.
This place is starting to look like Palisades went it went down the tubes.
For the same rate without GN discount, you can play Much better courses in the area.
Was not happy . At this rate this corse will be closed in a year.

Perfect day. Once we passed a threesome, we had the course to ourselves.

Played this course several years ago, when it was pristine ,mean and green.
They should change the name from Black Bear to Black Goat. Green s were ok , the fairways need work. Very brown. They have a shortage of carts so you had to wait for one to come off the course.
I booked this tee time on Golf Now, for 18 holes. Not worth what I paid. We were so disgusted, that after a three hours we only played nine holes.
Won't play there again.
