Play this course occasionally because I live nearby. The course is in decent shape. Good layout. The guy in the pro shop (possibly the pro) is pretty easy-going. The starter is another story. The balding guy, possibly from the northeast area of the US is someone to stay away from. Typical NE attitude that he is the king and you are lucky to be playing there. Watch what you say around him. Don't ask too many questions, and if you perhaps didn't pay attention, expect a snap-back. Comes off friendly at first but has an edge like the Sgt. of Full Metal Jacket if you say the wrong thing or didn't pay attention. Zero sense of humor -- should be working in the cart barn. I have seen him be, what I call, abusive, and we're tired of his attitude. If you want to pay for abuse, then this is the place to play. HoF for nasty, edgy starters. (PS. This is after multiple experiences. My friends have had it, and so have I). Go play a course where the staff and starters are pleasant. It's your money to spend. Not theirs (or his).
