i like the course but this was the third time i have played it and in my experiences here i guess you have to come to expect that pace of play will be 4 plus hours. wei waited on every shot for the group in front of us.

i wish they would redo tee boxes, every one of them is crowned significantly and in poor condition.

I have gone to this club in the past to hit range balls and was so discouraged at the conditions of the range that i chose not to play it. Friday came along and decided to play due to the proximity and great rate. What a great surprise. Fairways were excellent, large quick and thick greens, sand traps are great, tee boxes are a little weak but I cant wait to come back. Electric carts, nice. The staff was welcoming.

i played this course for the first time at 1140 on monday morning. i was a single following a regular group of about 20 golfers. i waited on every shot. i had a threesome on my butt the entire way. i wish they had offered me the chance to play the back nine first.

tee boxes and greens were good, fairways horrible, sand poor. i raked after hitting a sand shot and caught a weed that was at least 3 feet long just under the surface.

What a shame to see such a course with a nice layout go to waste. First off the it seems the criteria to work the pro shop is to be unpleasant and unfriendly. The gas carts are old and in poor working condition. The range is horrible. The cart paths are a waste of earth. It is better to stay off the cart paths. Fairways are scarce of grass. Sandtraps are inconsistent, some had water while others were good. The best part are the greens, lush and fast.

It is an interesting course. Very hard greens, they wont hold, fairway grass is sparse, sand traps were very good, tee box grass sparse. Worst part was pace of play, nearly 5 hours. Tee time was shortly after 1 pm, starter said that carts have to be back by 6:30 regardless where you are on the course. Should have been a warning that this was going to take a lot of time. Waited on every tee box and every shot for the duration of the 18 holes.

I went into today excited about playing a new course. I had a good rate, the weather was awesome. I am new to the area, my first round in the Daytona area, and I had no idea what was in store. The worst aspect of the day were the greens, horrible. The first green was scary, the other couple and i were so worried that this was going to be the standard. So disappointing. Tee boxes were very poor. No rake in the cart but the traps were good. Course could be awesome. The staff was excellent. I wont go back for a while and hope the greens come around.
