The fairways were hard as a rock. And the greens would not hold. OK if it was a cheap round. But far too expensive for the conditions and no club house. Also too many weeds around and under trees. Could at least be cut back.

Knollwood Golf Club - New

The conditions have gone down over the years. Tee blocks need attention. Fairways and greens are dry and hard. Grass clippings everywhere. Pace of play was good. Not overcrowded.
