Club house going through extensive remodeling but course in great shape. I know pace a play hard to predict, but p,aged in a little over 4 hours.

Very nice shape after reseeding. Fairways and green very good. Beautiful view of mountains. Pass of play good. Able to drive in rough and go 90 degrees across fairway.

One of the better courses I’ve played this summer. Very hot and not many golfers. However, very prompt and friendly bag drop, check in very easy and friendly, range in very good shape with plenty of range balls and was allowed to go off early. Some maintenance going on but mostly normal mowing and raking. Water on the course plus a very nice cart girl that stop by us 4 times. Course was in much better shape than several other premium courses. Tee boxes, fairways and green in very good to excellent condition. Sand a little hard pack in a few bunkers, but I had to find something they could improve on. Didn’t get anything at their grill, so no comment. Young man met us at the end of the round and again was very prompt and courteous. Sometimes services at courses are understandably a little lacking during the slow summer season, but that was not our experience at this course today.

Still cart path only, but course in very good shape. Greens a bit slow , but are starting to roll better. One of the better practice areas in town. Round was 4 1/2 hours. Slow, but not bad for Saturday and cart path only.

Booked as a single but wife has medical concerns so need to ride by myself. Fully understand some courses will charge extra to ride without a stranger, but they communicate that. There was no mention anywhere on the painted mountain site nor GolfNow that there might be an additional charge. It was 20 which I think is excessive, especially for this course and considering the charge was a surprise. In addition, this course is not taking covid cdc guidelines seriously and not complying with maricopa ordinances. Could see no one wearing masks in pro shop nor any attempt at distancing near Bagdrop/first tee waiting area. This looks like a super spreader course. Realizing many folks will not have the same level of concern, but if you do, you might want to book elsewhere or encourage management to take the virus seriously. I chose not to play and left, even though I had prepaid through golf now. That’s how bad I thought it was. Therefore, no comment on course condition or pace

Course in decent shape for summer and the heat. Checking went well. Main concern was lack of getting groups started on correct hole. Golfers were deciding on their own to start on 10 if 1 was busy. They essentially were jumping in front of golfers finishing hinge front nine which caused large backups on the back nine. So slow jumped 4 holes to finish. Explain to front desk afterwards but basically just acknowledged that it happens.
