Course is in good condition. Greens were slow and had not been mowed. Brakes on cart did not work.

Nice condition. They will pair you with other GolfNow golfers. So, you may be with a few duffers.

Pro Josh Meador and staff have this course looking and playing like a high dollar resort course. Tee boxes, fairways and greens are almost perfect. Staff is super friendly and facilities are nice as well. If you are in the Pensacola area you need to make it a priority to play AC Read.

Kiva Dunes is a bit of a drive down Ft Morgan road. But I think that is what makes it a great place to play. It's a neat location on the peninsula, the train is a little different than most, and there always seems to be a nice warm golf breeze. Very well manicured course and definitely one you should play if you're in the area.

Played during the week on a very hot summer day. Greens were near perfect, fairways were lush and pace of play was outstanding.

Staff was exceptionally friendly too.

Only negative was the heat and some gnats that buzzed around a bit.

The GolfNow deal on this courses was awesome too! Played for $16.00 each. Cannot beat that price for a course in this good of condition.

Greens rolled smooth and fast. Bunkers everywhere with red clayish sand. Get out of position and you are in trouble. Fun course for the player that likes to position shots.

The course sits out in beautiful natural wooded site. You can hear the birds chirping and the squirrels rustling they the trees. Course is in excellent condition. Fast, smooth greens. Great design too. Fun to play but still challenging.

Very nice layout and in great condition. Several deceptive features to greens and landing areas. Nice, fun challenge but not extreme. Ifs play it every day!
