Lake Presidential Golf Club

I've played Lake Presidential when it was one of the best courses in the area. Those days are long gone. Even with new management, it's still not making much progress from recent lows. The greens and tee boxes need a lot of work. Areas around the greens need to filled in. The course was cart path only when I played. Which made little sense because the fairways are in pretty decent shape. Play it if you want to get out and play a decent layout, but save your prime time money and play twilight.

I'm sorry to hear that you think the course is in not progressing. In fact, this facility is nearly 80% regrown in from just the fall of 2017. See the before and after photos on our website and facebook. www.lakepresidential.com
Additionally, the fairways are in nice shop as you said specifically because we have prevented the carts from driving on to the fairways. Even one cart right now would damage and undo all the work we have done to restore this. Now imagine 160 golfers a day driving all over it. We will be Cart Path Only for quite some time. Come play, the little bit of walking is good for all of us.
