The greens are the best part of the course - they are undulating, and can be quick when maintained. The rest of the course is in need of $2-3M of work - t-boxes are ragged, a lot of residential grass creeping in all over the course, traps are inconsistent from fluffy to a dusting of sand over wet clay. This was a country club, now people treat it like a frat house - some of that may be the lack of respect for the rules and proper etiquette, exacerbated by the number of new COVID golfers and out of towners who just don't care.

Fantastic place to play. Great views, fun layout, immaculate condition (7/20 8am). Staff is friendly and kitchen and beers affordabl. Don’t let the yardage fool you - this is a tough course despite its length.
