Awesome course. Very well kept. Fast greens. It is the nicest course in the Cancun area. Don’t miss it if you happen to be in the area.
Only one negative was the check in both days we played. You have to beg the cart guys to get you cart. They don’t seem to care that you are a customer.. this is a real blackeye for the course. Your first impression is not very good. These guys should not be working anywhere around customers.

2:40 minutes to play front nine....no ranger ....left after nine. Ridiculous. Good course...but 5.5 hour rounds is unacceptable.

Employees at this course are never friendly . Customer service has always been low priority. Not sure if u r allowed to smile if u work at Bears. Worst GPS screens of all time. They wasted their money.

We appreciate the feedback. It is never our intent to make excuses for an experience that does not meet our guest's expectation. We had a starter that day but we also hosted a corporate group that had a PGA Champions Tour player host a clinic and then play with each foursome. This along with a busier than normal weekday ultimately contributed to a slower than normal pace of play. It's unfortunate that the experience fell short of your expectations. We will share your candid observations with our staff. We make every attempt to deliver to the standards expected of a TPC branded property.
