Great layout and the greens are pretty good for a public course.

My wife and I played the first 8 holes in one hour and 10 minutes then caught all the groups in front and finished in 3:45. So can’t complain too much.

When we are in Orlando for a week we play a round here. It’s met our expectations between price and conditions for a public course the last two years. Before that it was hit and miss.

Olde Sycamore is by far the worst golf course I’ve ever played in my 50 years of playing golf.
Many of the greens have more areas of dried cracked mud than grass. I played there 3 months ago and it is hard to believe how bad it was. I understand that bent greens are difficult to maintain in the heat but there is absolutely no excuse for these terrible conditions.
On top of these terrible greens charging $70 plus the surly employees absolutely guarantees I will never be back.

Played here a few years ago and a definite improvement. Greens were in good shape. Like most public courses there are a lot of weeds and the traps are rough with too little sand. But for the price I wasn’t expecting a manicured pristine landscape. But the great condition of the greens was a pleasant surprise.

The course conditions were what I would expect from a $30 greens fee not more than double ($75)..
Just a muni course feel not a “country club “.

Weeds in the greens on half dozen holes and fairways very sparse in many spots. Not any where near the condition from pre Covid. For the price I expected much more. It used to have a great tough finishing par 5 which they turned into a par 3 Island green but from 180.
I won’t be back.

Great course, facility and staff- all first class. We got off early and never had anyone hold us up so we played in 3 hours and it was cart path only because of 3 days of rain. The course is well manicured as we never saw a single weed.
The only negative was the valet parking fee but considering we paid the Hot Deal price it still was a very good value.

This course was awful. Most of the tees and fairways have wide areas of dirt and no grass. Doesn’t appear this course gets any water.
The reviews said great layout but we saw blind shots that turned out to have water which wasn’t visible from the tee.
Our group were all first time players to this course and everyone said never again.

Old course with a good layout from 50+ years ago. The greens are still pretty good but the tees and fairways are not. It was very slow as this course gets a lot of play. Played for $49 but TPC Eagle Trace is often on for $59 which is a much better course.

Short executive course (2400 yards) 9 hole layout. Greens were not in good shape.
Instead of playing this course spend a little more and go across the street to Grande Pines.

Hot deal price of $65 made it worth it. The driving range is poor as it is all sand with little grass and they charged $9.50 for a small bucket. Good greens and the course is in good shape.

Course was in good shape with good greens. I would play again.

We paid $25 to play so great value. A lot of good views along the river.
