Beaver Dam Country Club
Played On 10/18/2016Great place for a Fall round
Very enjoyable course, scenic views, good challenge without being overly difficult. I played with someone who knew the course, which helped greatly. He gave me some "Flex-Head" tees which worked very well. Will make sure I come here again.
Bridges/Lakeview at Waushara Country Club
Played On 10/14/2016Good variety of hole types
Excellent variety of hole types and elevation changes mixed with some good scoring opportunities. A few doglegs where your distance/directional control and shot shaping abilities will be tested. Pleasant terrain with a number of unexpected lake and marsh views, wildlife sightings highly likely. No problem with GolfNow booked round, friendly, helpful staff. Will play there again!
Reid Municipal Golf Course
Played On 09/29/2016Great course for us 'regular' people
Nice place, decent variety of hole, especially front to back nines difference. Friendly staff, no problems with being a GolfNow booking. Regular cars in the parking lot, no fancy things with showy people, comfortable setting for me! Will be back.
Bridges Golf Course
Played On 09/01/2016Good challenge, but fair for ALL ABILITIES!
The Bridges is a pleasant course that wanders through a marshy area. Most of the holes are lines with wetlands, while the fairways are reasonably wide, there is always the possibility of wild shots becoming lost balls. Keep it in play and you will be rewarded. The wide variety of tee boxes allow for everyone to enjoy this course. I lost the use of both my hands 5 yrs. ago and play in a very creative way. With little distance, I rely on accuracy playing from the red [forward] tees. I shot 43-47 and had a great time. Excellent open faced hot beef sandwich afterwards!
Two Oaks North Golf Club
Played On 08/11/2016I wish this course was 15 minutes closer
I've played Two Oaks many times in the past, AS ALWAYS, it was a great place to play. I lost the use of my hands 5 years ago
and just relearning to play in a vastly different way. Small things help me greatly. The staff was VERY accommodating, such
as opening water bottles for me. Best part was the toilet paper holders are ABOVE the grab bars in the restrooms. BIG DEAL
for someone without wrists!!! Worth a drive to play here.
Auburn Bluffs Golf Club
Played On 06/24/2016Very nice, hidden gem
Very well kept secret, nicely maintained, moderate difficulty with some fun holes, but fair, no "mini-golf" rinky-dink silliness to make it hard. Enough elevation changes to make it interesting and hole directional changes to challenge on windy days. Some water, not a lot of sand, but the few traps there are well placed. Nine more holes in the trees to the north would be great. Nice people, no golf snobs here! I WILL BE BACK WITH FRIENDS!
