It's been 10+ years since I last played Waterford and found improvements to the layout. I was surprised at the number of cart path-only holes due to wetness. What brings their score down is the length made it tough on four seniors. Adding some forward tee boxes between the whites and reds would make the course more playable and enjoyable.

Playing Edgewater is always a good experience as the course remains in consistently good condition. There are closer courses, but Edgewater is worth the drive.

A nice course that’s well maintained, but the absence of signage showing each hole on the scorecard and at each tee box made the course harder than it had to be for first-time players. We found hidden water the hard way. Too, having only one drinking water stand on the back nine was tough on a hot July day. You’d think the competition on HHI would make them want to do better.

I was expecting a good experience, but was surprised with an above average visit. Course conditions were very good and the pace of play was reasonable.

Although I attended UNC 50 years ago, this was my first time playing Finley. The staff was first rate and ensured we had a good experience. The course was superb.

A really bad experience. Greens were in consistently bad condition including patches of crabgrass on fringes. Back nine fairways were either soggy and muddy or hard as a rock. My last time there.

This small (9-hole) course was a pleasure to play, so good we added another 9. The layout is moderately challenging, greens are in good shape and the staff are friendly. It's definitely a course for regular play.

Golfing is always fun at Edgewater. The course is in excellent condition, even in the middle of summer. The water coolers on the course are welcome and help make Edgewater special. The staff members are always friendly. It's a one-hour drive to get there, but worth it.
