The front 9, for sure the first few holes, were not in great shape. It is summer but for summer rates that high I expected better. 3 of the 4 par three women’s t-boxes were unavailable, which made quite the difference in ability to reach the green. Could have used a bit more mowing around the greens. That said, it is an interesting layout, we played early so had a quick round, and we would go again.

Golfing at this time of year, with many courses preparing for overseeding, you get quite the variety of conditions. However Falcon Dunes is in pristine condition. It has an interesting layout and is not so difficult that you cannot enjoy your round. I would recommend it to all levels of play as there are 4 tee boxes to choose from.

Coldwater has a great summer rate, which includes range balls. The course is in great shape and has a really interesting layout. Love the cement cart paths, which really cuts down on the dust factor. Very nice eating area in and out and the food was great.
