We play Magnolia Landing every year but this year the course was very dry & in places there was no grass on the fairways. Sand has been depleted in most of the bunkers. For the condition, the cost to play is not justified. The layout is challenging for all skill levels and the staff were very friendly. Need to invest in course conditions to get repeat play for the green fees charged.

We played the North/West combo & we were extremely surprised/pleased with the condition of the course. Greens were moderate speed but in very good shape. It is a great course to practice your iron play and target play since it is mostly par 3's with a couple of par 4's. Don't let that fool you as you need to be accurate to score & water is a factor on a few holes. Good job by the Del Tura staff keeping the course in very good shape. Only downside was that the back nine was clogged & very slow.

We've played Magnolia Landing many times over the past 5 years and were very disappointed the conditions of the course this time around. The greens the front nine - many were dried out & you can see that the course is just not getting the attention it deserves & what the green fee warrants. It is a wonderful layout but it has not been maintained as it should be. It certainly does not warrant the $75-$85 green fee considering what other courses in the surrounding are are charging given the conditions. Hopefully, for the sake of the golf playing residents of Magnolia Landing, the ownership will look to improve its conditions...truly a disappointing experience this time around...

Course did not jam tee times together which was a good thing. Staff weren't overly friendly, no big welcome, no questions around whether we played there before, no directions to the amenities, etc...our playing partners were more help & very nice to golf with. Greens were in very good shape, fairways were dried out where watering didn't reach but otherwise in good shape. Course layout was fair. Overall the course made up for the lack of hospitality & look forward to playing it again someday.

Greens were in great shape & fast but fairways needs some TLC. Pace of play is slow because they jam the tee times ...many times had 3 groups on the same hole...need to marshall slow play better. Nice layout & friendly, helpful staff. We will play again but the hope is they put some money into the fairways & rough as it has grown over & weeds are taking over...actually too nice a course to be let go like this

Nice layout, average conditions, greens a bit in the slow side, good pace of play but overall a bit expensive for the overall amenities...will play again when the price is more in line with what you get as a overall golf experience
