About
I don't do anything really well but I don't do anythiing poorly. I can grind out a score when I need to and when I'm hitting it well breaking 80 is pretty easy.
I don't play as much as I used to so I'm not as sharp or long. Plus father time seems to have as much to say about my game as I do these days!

Candywood Golf Club
Played On 09/26/2014Nice course in very good condition
Have played here many times before. They lost most of their greens early in the year but the are healthy now. Course is in excellent condition and was fun to play. It's not a long course but but still, because of the trees can be challenging. I don't think you'd be disappointed if you played it.
Sawmill Creek Golf & Racquet Club
Played On 9/27/2013A quick romp around Sawmill Creek
I played with my friend as a twosome, I'm a 10 and he's scratch. We got around in just under 3 hours which was great! Nice course but nothing spectacular. It used to be much more scenic before they build all the condos along the lake. Now you can't even see Erie which takes something away from the playing experience. Track was well maintained but not perfect. Greens held well and were fairly fast. Back side is much tougher than the front although not nearly as pretty. All in all a very good resort course and the Golfnow price made it a must play!
Copeland Hills Golf Club
Played On 8/9/2013If you like long golf courses, give Copeland a try!
Copeland Hills is a difficult course to score on. It is long and all the greens are elavated. Conditions were good but the greens were great! If you don't hit the ball very far don't play here. But if you like to challenge yourself, this course will give you all you want!
Madison Country Club
Played On 6/21/2013A beautiful, mature golf course that was a pleasure to play.
The only negative thing I have to say is that the greens were on the slow side. Other than that I enjoyed every moment of my time there. The course is not long but it doesn't have to be. Every fairway is tree lined and most are well bunkered. It is an excellent example of 1920's design and a rare pleasure to play. I selfishly hope it doesn't become too popular because I want to play it many more times and hopefully in 4 hours or less!
