Reasonably priced, Mom and Pop kind of place, but you get what you pay for. Cart paths dangerously poor condition, carts old and in poor shape. Layout a mixture of mundane and unorthodox holes, with some long par 3s, and a few weirdly designed holes. Philadelphia If it was in great condition and amenities were better, it might be fun to play once. But my one experience was enough for me.

Staff very friendly, but course very disappointing, mostly due to conditions of green. Pro shop gentleman reduced greens fees by $10 and said greens had “some damage”. That was an understatement. Some greens had some large spots with bare dirt that was hardened like concrete. Other spots were so sparse that there was more dirt than grass. Forget trying to read a putt.Bunkers not in great shape, and some were hard pan. Tees not in great shape, but at least on-course restrooms smelled good. Likely never going there again. Nothing personal, just very poor conditions.

Overpriced for the condition of the course. Tees weeds if any “grass” at all. Fairways either burned or mostly weeds. Hard to get a lie that was on true grass on some holes. Surprisingly, greens were in good shape. Bunkers a mess, and course has a strange layout with some ridiculous holes. It appears that the owners have given up, and have no pride in the facility.

This course has gone downhill. It’s never been great, but now it’s embarrassing. Tees have little grass, greens have many bare spots, with only dirt. I almost asked for my money back, and won’t play there again.

Played Red course with friend, and had a good time. Course in very good condition in comparison to many others. Friendly staff.

I booked a tee time online, and arrived at the course to find that I had been booked to follow the last group in the club championship. The starter told me not to "push them". On almost every hole, I waited until they left the green before I even hit my tee shot. They should have blocked out a couple of hours of tee times after that group before letting anyone else go off on #1. The round took about 5.5 hours, and was a very frustrating experience. The pro shop guy apologized, but offered nothing in the way of compensation for my trouble. I was a bit surprised, and thought that it might have been small act of kindness for a miserable experience. I won't be returning to Chisel Creek.

The very friendly pro shop and restaurant staff helped to make my experience a bit better. Course was not in very good shape overall, with very rough fairways and dry, grassless conditions. Riding a cart on the extremely bumpy and barren course was very uncomfortable. Raw beginners on course with no marshal a problem, as I was almost hit twice with stray shots from people who should never be allowed on a course.

Didn't know what to expect when I got there, and not overwhelmed by any stretch. Course conditions fair, but bunkers were awful and areas around greens poorly maintained. Overall amenities fair, but clubhouse had no food to go at the turn. Seems like missed opportunity. Refreshment cart similarly had no real food, just candy bars and chips. Tees in bad shape, but greens were pretty good. Probably won't return.

Can't believe this course is open. Tees are burned out mats of aerated, dead turf. Fairways are brown and baked. Greens are like concrete, and some are so dry they are actually cracked! Worst conditions I've seen in many years-should have demanded my money back.

Everything about the course and experience was great, except for the greens. Many were in poor condition. Layout outstanding with lots of tee options. Would love to play agai when greens are in better shape.

Played in 90 degree weather, and there was no water on the course. When calling pro shop to report, was told that they were short on staff. On a weather day like that, more attention should have been paid to keeping people hydrated.
