Lincoln Country Club
Played On 07/25/2014Decent course. Good for beginning to moderate golfers
The ground is hard & your ball will bounce & roll forever, whichever way you hit it. Fairways leave a bit to be desired. Lots of clovers. Decent course for a great price. I would recommend it for beginning to moderate golfers.
Red Arrow Golf Club
Played On 07/02/2014Cheapest golf ever
I played this 9 for $2.50. Seriously, $2.50. You can ay more for a single golf ball. I played the 9, rented clubs & bought 4 balls, cheaper than I can play 9 anywhere else in the world. The woman at the counter was a volunteer & she was hoober friendly. Would love to play this course time & time again, if it weren't over an hour from my house.
Wallinwood Springs Golf Club
Played On 10/18/2013Nice course, lots of hills, large pond back 9 & nicely placed traps
I enjoyed playing this course. There's a huge 200+ acre man made pond on the back 9. The front had lots of nicely placed hills & traps. Decent greens
Very well maintained, loved the sand, little water & no creeks
Loved playing this course. Enjoyed the sand & the woods. Some houses fairly close. Not too much water & no creeks.
Pines Golf Course, The
Played On 8/24/2013No ponds or water, greens are fairly flat on the front 9, more slope on the back
I enjoyed playing this course & got a super good deal. Staff was hoober friendly & worked w/ us, as we added a player when we arrived @ the clubhouse. Definitely a well orgainzed course & well worth the $. I would def. recommend this course for intermediate golfers. May be too busy for new players. Experienced players may find it a bit lackluster. Overall, a great experience. Def. would play again.
