Course was in very good shape, all the rain we have had has helped. Rates are good given the time of year. Most all courses overcharge in March due to all the extra activity in the Valley. Always nice people on the staff and the course.
Some challenging par 5’s, mostly dog leg left around water, 16,17, & 18 are challenging.on the way back in. Not a lot of cover so if it’s windy it will be a looonnnngggg round.

Palmbrook is a nice, fun, relaxing course to spend a morning or afternoon. It has great conditions, is well managed and maintained. I think it is one of the few places left that locals can enjoy and meet new people and old friends.

Hillcrest is always a pleasant experience. They just reopened after overseed
So, cart path only and some fuzzy greens. It’s a laid back place, and fun.
It beats forking over 150.00 to play like &$@# at Scottsdale course and not have fun.

Lots of dogleg fairways, an elevated tee, some water to challenge your play as well

Nice course, good shape and fun. Everyone is friendly, just remember it is typically private, but they open it up to public in the summer months. Pay attention to the starters rules, because the owners watch all players while out on the course…….it’s crazy.

Fairways are good, greens are great! Watch out for the rough, thick and Will turn your club head. I would recommend this place to friends.

I like playing here. They offer affordable rates, and the people are friendly. I liked the conditions yesterday. The greens rolled true, and the fairways were perfect. Lots of water, but most times it doesn’t come in to play as long as you are accurate. Hillcrest is a doctor n course.

Course was in great shape after overseed. Was still cart path only,, but greens rolled true and the weather was perfect. Palmbrook is a very nice course and a laid back setting and pace. Always enjoy playing there, although it can be tough getting an early Tee time because they do have multiple tournaments quite often. There is some water on the back that you can navigate, along with some long par 4’s. I always enjoy my time there.

Corte Bella is a very nice course. As we all know these days Golf is trending up in costs, so no matter where you play it is going to be a little pricier than usual. Corte Bella is no different than all the other courses in this respect. If you want to play a nice round at a very nice course and have fun, then this is the place for you. Just bring a Pale and shovel, cause you will eventually have fun in all the sand!!

Just excellent conditions, I tip my cap to the grounds crew. Just an enjoyable round and day at Corte Bella.

Rain has helped the course, which has made the course nice and green. Greens were just punched, so another 10 days and putting will be good. Good value, challenging greens and layouts of the holes. Usually very busy on the weekends. Make your tee times in advance.

Rancho is great, not long, but you have to be accurate some nice elevated tees in Par 3’s. Lots of wildlife too. Right now the range is closed through Until they are done over seeding. Pay attention to the weather because my round was cart path only because of the rain the night earlier. Not a course you want to “hike” in 100 degrees with 85% humidity!!!!

Nice course. Flat, and fun when it’s not windy. A place you can go and have a laid back fun round of Golf. Tough greens, good fairways, and soft sand in the bunkers. Nice change from Target Golf you get with other valley courses. Check it out!

This place is so much fun. Today was a blast! Course is beautiful. Great pace. Thank you Palmbrook, I always enjoy my time spent there!

Not a great course to play. Always In below average shape. I tried to give it another chance after not playing there in a year and a half. Just FYI. It is an ARCIS owned course. So, if you are a single, they will pair you up with a complete stranger in a Golf Cart, or you have the option of paying an extra $15.00 on top of your greens fees for your own cart.. Kind of poor decision making during Covid-19, and cases on the rise. As if Golf Courses haven’t been over charging during the entire year here??? I will not play another ARCIS course.

Nice course. Today was the last day to play before 2020 Overseed. Fairways were nice, people were friendly. Greens.....seem to always break at the cup? Not sure if that was supposed to be that way? Or the result of the cups being placed. Anyway, was infuriating!!!! Again, nice course and nice people. Go check it out for yourself.

Nice and flat. Very good shape with plush fairways and sticky greens. Enjoyed it for the first time. I will return again for sure.

Nice people. Course has a number of long holes that draw to the left. Greens rolled well, and the fairways were receptive. Great value for the money compared to all the other robberies all the other Golf Courses are committing this 2020 Covid summer

Nice course. Still $50.00 and that is a summer rate? Good Fairways, challenging greens, well maintained. I enjoyed it. Just always remember when you play a course that has members, they will get touchy with the public and act like they own the place.
