The Madison Club
Played On 9/2/2013This is a players course!
If you are looking to shoot a good score this course is a must. It is very player friendly with wide open fairways and not a lot of trouble to get into. The greens roll true but are a little on the slow side. Although very tempting, not every hole needs a driver.
I live about 3 hours from The Madison and boy do I wish I lived closer. The scenery, the views, the course, the greens, the playability all make The Madison a must experience. I will definitely be playing this one again.
Beaver Creek Country Club
Played On 3/11/2013Not about how far you can hit it.
This is one of my regular tracks. It is not very long but that doesn't mean it is not challenging - fairways are tight and lined with pine trees that eat anything that dare come their way. The greens (even for this early in the season) are very fast and hard to hold. To play well here - hit'em straight, bring your best short game and take it easy on the greens.
Richland Golf Club
Played On 11/20/2012Tricky and Fun
The couse gave plenty of scoring opportunities if you were willing to take a few risk. We played in the middle of November and the greens rolled great.
I will definitely play this one again.
Rock Harbor Golf Course - Rock
Played On 9/27/2012Great course and sure to get better
The course was in great shape. The views from serveral holes were spectacular. This is a very player friendly course - it's challenging but allows you to score and have fun. They are adding another 18 holes. I will definitely be back to play the new 18.
Little Bennett Golf Course
Played On 9/17/2012Lots of trick shots so practice up on your putt putt golf
The course was in decent shape - 1 to 10 I'd say 6.There were too many blind shots for me. This was my first time playing here and even when I thought I hit a good shot it was hard to find. There is no premium for hitting it long no matter how straight - leave the driver home.
