Whoever is responsible for the Pin Placements today should be spoken to. On severate holes the Pins are placed exttremely close to the edge as would be the case in a Tournament setting.
On 15 the Pin was placed three paces from the front edge on the extreme right side where there is a strong slope with a drop of 2,5 ft. in 8 feet or so.
This is Ridiculous and does not reflect a course used by the general public.

Used to play here often six or seven years ago when I still lived here .
Now I live in Florida in Naples Fl.
This course is in beautiful conditioin . The Fairways and tees and especially the greeens are very good .
Started early , 6:20 AM and finished in 3 hrs and 15 minutes.
The greens are very smooth and almost no ball marks. Not very fast and very little discernable breaks.
Have played about 6 other courses in the greater Chicago area during my visit here from FL. , This course would be in the top three.
Cart paths are the least bumpy .
Halfway house was closed at 9:30 AM
Will definitely return and play again before I return to FL at the end of August.

High chance of rain so virtually no one showed up at 10 am.
Played with two other gentlemen.
Conditions were very good , with special kudos for the Immaculate greens .

Very nice course .Greens and fairways in excellent condition . Very windy day ( 20 mph ) coniditions add to course difficulty . Lack of trees to break wind and aid as sight markers really needed.
Lack of service cart or water containers missing on course .

Played in reverse oirder , started on 10. Back nine fine condition but when we turned to the front nine , visualy terrible. Construction everywhere and it looked like a "war zone"
Heavy equipement working in all directions. Large CAT shovels as many as six or more . Very large Rock Wagons , an entire lake drained . Obviously to prepare for more houses and condos.
Attendant at front desk says do you want to buy a condo because they are golf bundled and when the last one sells , the course will be close to the Public.
Front nine has torn up cart paths . May have to wait several months to come back and play here.

Interesting course . Fairways hard and not very green ? Lacking water or fertilizer or both .. some bare spots on the greens .

This is third time back at this course. Well worth the trip.
One hour from Norh Naples.
Conditions were excellent . Food very limited with small Snack Bar.

Major construction underway on new condos and Homes.

This course offers wide fairways and large Very Fast and smooth greens.
Course is on extremely good condition.
One complaint is Cart Path only after heavy rain last night . The course did not seem wet and the Cart Path Only neccesitates lot of walking long distances back and forth to make a shot .
In some cases this is a valid reason to pass on the round .

This is my first tome playing this course . Tee time was at 11:am which is a bit too late considering the heat here in Florida in summer . Finished @ 3:15 pm which is hotest part of the day . Course is in Magnificent shape with Paspalum fairways and the Best greens I have seen in 10 years. Fairways are wide & greens are large and fast , probably 11 on Stimp .Clubhouse and other facilities still under construction
Would definitlely return to play again . One hr drive from my home to get there .

Very interesting shorter course with lot’s of water in play and some forced carries over water . Greens are smooth and moderatly fast .
Bring a few extra golf balls . Wildlife from time to time .Have seen some “ healthy Gators “ a few months back .

I live in Naples Fl. so this is about an hour North. The course is in very good shape and better than my local courses in Naples F.. Example Vallencia and Arrowhead and Eagle Bridge in Estero.
Played with a very nice couple from Michigan .
The Pro Shop Manager is a very likeable and knowlegeable man.
The fairways were very wide and lush. The greens are small compared to newer courses and had just been rolled and vere very fast .:Example probaby 11 plus on Stimp meter. They will re-areate the course on Aug 10 and it will be closed for 10 days.
Enjoyed this course and will definitely come back. Started at 10:02 which is a bit late considering temp and humidity at this time of year in Fl.
Driving range looks so so and needs a little TDC.
Golf carts were very good . Need to adjust brakes on mine.
Play here you won't be dissapointed.

Course is not long , but played all holes from back tees and must drive over water frequently . Some over 200 yds.
Course knowledge seems important.
Viewed a lot of wildlife , mostly birds but also two ten foot long aligators on banks, This is really nice to see.
Would definitely come back and play if the price is right.

Very nice course , in good condition. Driving rqnge had just had grass cut and long rows of grasss not picked up . This made seeing ball land nexxt to impossible.
Course layout is quite straighforward .
Saw two lizards on one hole . One about two feet long and the other probably four feet or more..
Article in Naple News that they are trying to get rid of this invasive species. There here.

Exvellent course and superb layout..Conditioning could not be better. Tees immaculate , fairways ditto , greens perfect .
Round interrupted by siren for lightning. . Tiring due to heat and high temp;.
Definitely reccomend .

Course was deserted due to impending weather conditions.
Played with three very nice gentlemen . Big Bob , Little Bob and Tom.
Fairways are good , some tees are pretty rough . greens in excellent shape.
Got rain check for second nine after playing North course.
Thunder and lightning started before we could start South course.
Will return.
