A beautiful day to play in November. our twosome combined with another for a very enjoyable round of golf. The course was in great shape for this time of the year. My only complaint was the green aeration with sand which made putting a bit of a crap shoot. Course was busy but the pace of play was surprisingly good.

I was looking for a quick round of golf and spotted a terrific GN rate. The course was in great shape. While the rough was bare and burned in a few places, the fairways were lush and green. The greens were rolled and true. The course is an interesting combinations of different kinds of holes. I played as a twosome and the course of play was good as we only occasionally had to wait on shots. 18 holes took about 3:45.

I had a chance to play here despite iffy weather. Glad I did. What a beautiful hidden gem. I played in the afternoon and never had to wait on a single shot. There were a couple of groups on the front tee so the pro shop had me start on the back. Excellent group management.

Course conditions were outstanding. Some of the nicest fairways I have played on this year. There was a light rain for about 15 minutes but cleared after that. We've had enough rain that the fairways were soft with little to no roll and the greens held well. Putts were true and fairly fast before the rain.

There were a few bare spots but to be expected this time of year.

It was a 45 minute drive for me, but I will definitely return.

I did see someone report that you had to drop off your clubs as there were no carts allowed in the parking lot. That was true, but it is only a very minor inconvenience.

First of all, I enjoyed the day. It has been 15 years or so since I last played here. While my memory may not be the best that far back, the course was not up to that past standard. The tee boxes were not good at all; mostly weeds or dry areas. The Fairways and Roughs were fair but the greens need work. A combination of people not fixing ball marks and dried out dead areas made this not what I expected.
I like the course layout where the shortness is balanced by the tightness. Greens did putt true if the above mentioned problems were not in the line.
I'm glad I played there again but it would not be on my regular rotation.

The course is in great shape. I was surprised at how green things were after the hot dry weather lately. Greens were very good and held the approaches well. Just a fun day all around.

This is just a fun course. It is short so you willl hit a lot of wedges. I played on a Hot Deal special by myself and I have to give great credit for the rest of the golfers. 3 separate foursomes and 1 twosome let me play through immediately. I played the 18 holes in under 3 hours.

Course is in great shape (greens are filling in nicely from the last aeration) and staff is always extremely friendly. Weather was perfect. What more could you want?

This is a fun short open course. I played on a Hot Deal in early afternoon. Play was backed up by a slooow foursome that would not let any of the 5 single or doubles behind them play through. I finally skipped ahead to the hole in front of them and it was smooth sailing from there.

Tee boxes are great. Fairways look good and rough is fairly low. The greens are growing in. Greens are tough with lots of slope.

Staff is great and I enjoyed playing here and will be back.

Tee boxes were in bad shape. More bare ground and weeds than grass. Fairways and roughs were ok. Greens pretty good. It looks like they have given up on sandtraps.

One thing that was new and unadvertised afaik, was that if you booked as a single online (cart included) and someone separate did the same, you had to ride in the same cart or pay an additional $10 if you didn't want to ride together. While I can understand this from a business standpoint, it did not set well with me that the policy was not mentioned anywhere. I have played here as a single somewhat frequently over the last several years and this was never mentioned in all of that time.

Weather was cold but SIL and I decided to ho go for 18. Price was very reasonable and it turned into a cool nice day. When we started, we were the only people on the course. For this time of year the course was in very good shape. Tee boxes were great.
This is a short course and you will hit a lot of wedges but the greens have a lot of slope to them and are tough to putt if you misread the green. Speed is the key.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

This was one of those days that you dream of. The course was in fantastic shape. Almost every hole seemed like a magazine shot. The greens looked good and rolled true.

The weather could not have been better, great playing partner and I played well to top it all off. I wish every day was like this.

Fun course. My wife and I played this course after a few days if rain, yet the course was in firm, great shape. Short holes, but lots of variations to the topography. Good risk reward holes. Pace was slow. 2.5 hours on the front. Waiting on every tee. Only 1.5 hrs on the back.

My first time playing this course. We had a group of three in the middle of the day on a Sunday and it was busy. While pace on the front nine was slightly slow, it was certainly acceprable.

It was a 42 minute drive to the course but well worth it. The course was in great shape for this late in the season. The greens were excellent.

The course is a little on the shorter side, but accurate drives we're needed as the rough was definitely deep.

We enjoyed this absolutely beautiful course and will return.

2 of us played in the afternoon and we had no one in front to slow us down. I enjoy this short open course. It is hard to get in much trouble. Fairways we're in fantastic shape and the greens, though beat up slightly, rolled true. A fun place to play.

One of Cincinnati`s most fun course. Greens were in excellent condition, as well as the rest of the course. This course is somewhat short, but leverages a very good risk/reward setup.

My wife and I enjoyed a beautiful spring day at Cedar Trace. It was our first outing of the year and we played like it, but we both enjoyed the day and the course.

The staff was very helpful and friendly on our arrival. The crowd was light and we easily played 18 in under 4 hours despite hitting an occasional second ball and practicing putts.

The course was in good shape and offered a wide variety of holes. You definitely need to leave the driver in the bag on a few holes. A few of the holes are a bit quirky but still fun. Greens were in good shape and the ball rolled true.

A couple of the holes could use better signage as we were confused on where the next tee was located. I look forward to playing there again now that I have seen the couse.

The bunkers could use some work and make sure you have tops on your drinks as the cart paths are rough.
It was a bit of a drive, but was a great value for the money we paid.

My wife and I randomly picked this course to play. Nice setting and not overly busy. We never had to wait on a shot. Expect uneven lies. I don't think I had a level one all day.

Course was in great shape. Greens were fast but held approaches well. Fairways well cut. Staff very friendly. I did lose a couple of balls because of not knowing the course.

Beautiful back in the woods course. Fire up your GPS driving there, as there are some small roads. Spectacular views with the rolling hills. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. You won't find beautifully groomed Bermuda or bent grass fairways like some top courses, but very well cared for course nonetheless. Greens in very good shape though quite hard. The course is short but challenging with lots of risk/reward decisions. Count on very few level lies. A fun round and well worth the drive. We will visit again.

My wife and I played 18 for our second outing of the year. Course was in great shape except that the greens were still recovering from aeration. The wide selection of tees will let anyone feel comfortable with the distance.

My one negative is that on a couple of holes the smell of geese droppings and somewhat stagnate water was a bit overpowering.
