I always enjoy playing this golf course and it' in good shape. But, it's a difficult topic but the pace of play was horrible on the front 9 as some players were extremely slow. Most of this was age related which is a very difficult issues to address. If this is the clientele then getting a morning tee time at a higher cost is probably worth it. You will enjoy the course!

Pace of play was poor. This is busiest time of year for Southern Arizona and the course was packed. The pace of play was horrible but the course was in fair shape. I always enjoy playing San Ignacio but seem to run into slow play too often. They have made some nice changes to the course and have cleaned it up considerably.

CC of Green Valley always have very well designed greens in good shape. They are fast and ball will run if you don't have very good spin on the ball. The chipping is challenging and the sand in the traps is soft and deep. They do an 8 AM and a 1 PM shotgun and pace of play is very good. Bring your distance finder as distances are deceptive.

This course is not for beginners. There are too many forced carries and elevation changes for anyone other than experienced golfers. As a single behind a foursome the pace of play was always going to be a problem. However, I do think that this course should have a ranger checking the pace of play as this is almost always an issue. Otherwise, is fun course to play and presents a number of difficult shots and strategies. Always enjoy the course and always get behind someone who cannot play this course.

Since I've started spending my winters in Green Valley I've always been surprised at the difficulty of the courses. They are not set up for seniors. Far too often I'm faced with forced carries and length of holes that don't fit the target areas. Regular tees should seldom be close to Championship tees and never on a long par four or long par three. This course has 3 - 5 really good holes and 3 - 5 really bad holes. The bad holes are too tight and some don't let you see the fairway to play it properly. They are making some changes and those are generally good changes.

I always enjoy playing Keno Springs as the course offers nice variety and is always in good condition. It's worth the drive and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The conditions were good but a little down from past years (In past years they were the best in the area). We played very quickly as the ranger went out of his way to get us past several slow groups. I will definitely go back. Not a course for beginners.

This course is a relatively flat course that seems to always be in nice condition. They get a lot of play as their rates are reasonable and they are centrally located in the Green Valley Community. It's well designed and the green complexes are interesting without being overly difficult. Nice course for most levels of play.

I played in windy conditions and that made the course more difficult. The fairways and greens were in great condition and we played quickly as we virtually had the course to ourselves. I could tell by the wear on the greens that they see some heavy play but they putted quite well.

The course is slated to be closed and turned into a nature park. This has been in the paper and it's obvious that the city isn't putting any money into the upkeep. The course is interesting to play and has a number of very good holes but takes some local knowledge to attack. It's not the best course in town but I believe it's good enough to keep in playing condition as once it's gone then when the need arises it will be more expensive to build a new course than use what you have.

The greens on this course are some of the best designed in the area and are in fair shape. All of the courses seem to show some stress due to the cold winter but this one is better than most. I always enjoy playing her as the pace of play is good and the staff is friendly.

The prices for green fees have been high all year on this course and I haven't played it due to that. I finally saw a reasonable price on golfnow and decided to try it out. I expected to find a course in at least good shape but instead found it in the poorest condition I've ever seen this course in. Every green was marginal and the sand was not maintained in the traps. It was not a good experience. The course is nicely designed and with work it will be worth playing again.

This course had to be reseeded when it changed owners in the off season. The greens are generally in better shape but they are inconsistent. Some are better than I've ever seen them and others need more work. I believe that it's improved from last year and I enjoyed my experience.

Local company bought this course and another locally. They owned two before. They now own four of five public courses in Green Valley. The prices went up but the condition of this course is slightly better (notably the greens). The roughs have not yet improved nor have the traps. We were behind a group of slower golfers and had someone on us all the way around. I will play this course again if the price isn't too high.

Quail Creek has three nines with the Roadrunner 9 being the newest. All three are interesting and fun to play. The greens and fairways are well maintained but I personally find the roughs to be cut too short. Not sure if this is due to winter conditions in the desert but if you get off the fairway you are playing pretty much from hardpan. I enjoy the course and intend on playing it again.
