Sandelie Golf - East Course
Played On 06/28/2015Great Course
Played here last weekend and had a good time. It's not a big course, but the nice older lady running the place was friendly. Nice and wide open fairways and the course is easily walkable. There isn't much to eat or drink so you might want to bring something. For $28 on a weekend for 18 holes, I was happy as was my playing partner. Would definitely play this course again if I was going to be on this side of town.

Played On 05/23/2015Nice day of golf, but long day of golf
So I called a week in advance about playing all 27 holes and was told there would be no problem doing that. We got to the course about 2 hours only since we had to drive from Hillsboro to find that a tournament was going out right before our tee time. Since we were early, we asked if we could get in front of the tournament and were told that we had to stay with our current tee time. Not sure why as there was nobody teeing off. With that said, we played behind the tournament and then started on the final 9 holes only to find 3 foursomes waiting to tee off (They were just starting their 18 hole rounds) Not sure why they had everyone start on that course as there was 2 other courses they could have broken then up on. Needless to say, it took us over 3 hours to play 9 holes. So make sure you ask if there is a tournament in town before making a tee time.

Played On 05/16/2015Cool Course
Played here this past weekend. It rained on us but the fairways were in great shape. The people were nice and we played in just under 4 hours. We had a two-some in front of us that were slow but overall a cool play to play. I will say that a couple of the dog leg left's were very interesting. I've never seen such a dogleg that steep, but made it fun. Would definitely play here again when dry.

Played On 05/09/2015Beautiful Course, But Challenging
I've played here every year for the past 3 years because we get a great deal through the Portland Golf Show. This is a challenging course like others have already said. Narrow fairways and not much room for error if your not in the fairway. You will lose balls if you go left or right, but that's what makes this course fun to play. The course was in great shape when we played. My only gripe was a twosome in front of us wouldn't let us play through when we were clearly faster than they were with made for a long afternoon, but hey I was on the golf course so it couldn't be that bad. With that said, I will continue to come here and play as this is truly a beautiful course to play

Played On 05/03/2015Great golf course
Played today for the first time. Hardly anyone on the course when we started. Great layout and the greens were in great condition. Staying in the fairway is essential here as it can be tough to hit out of the stuff on the sides. Overall, our threesome was very impressed with this course and the staff

Played On 05/02/2015Fun course
Played here with my buddies for the 1st time after playing 18 at another course in town earlier so we decided to ride. We were greeted promptly. The starter told us to go out and follow a single and his kid playing which we decided to abandon and go start on the back 9 as the single and his young son were taking awhile to get started on the 1st hole. We immediately caught up to a five some (which i thought was odd) and we were stuck behind them for a few holes, but then they let us play around. After that, I noticed another five some so I wasn't to crazy about that, but they didn't bother us so all was good. The course has a nice layout and I thought was a rather easy course to play. There was no water in most of the ponds on the course. Not sure what was up with that but overall it was a fun course and I would gladly come back over and play again.

Played On 05/02/20151st course in Bend for me
My buddies and I played this course on the 1st weekend in May. The weather was excellent and we had a early tee off so there was hardly anyone on the course. The staff were pleasant and the course was in great shape. The 16th hole with the elevation change is breathtaking. I would ride next time instead of walking as the back 9 is a pretty brutal walk uphill for the first few holes. Other than that, I will definitely be back to Bend to play again.
