I played the first nine with three local folks who were very nice. Back nine on my own gave me more time to practice.

Played with another single "Jim" and we had a nice round. Enjoyed some food and libations at the grill. Every day should be this good!

My buddies and I have been playing this course for years. Not any more.
This is the Last time we will play here.
I left a portable blue tooth speaker behind in the cart at 4:00 in the afternoon and the cart went back to the barn. Never got turned in to lost and found(I called three times}. One of my buddies left a Shriners jacket in the cart and never got it back. Another buddy left a wedge behind and never got it back. Too many "sticky fingers " here.

Played Desert course. No tee markers on #2 tee box, a mess. Fairways need work as do a lot of the greens.
We know why there were very few cars in the parking lot...
Chimera Golf Club

Temps weren't bad and the humidity was way up (30%) for here.
Corse has some issues in the fairway and some greens.

Los Prados Golf Course
Played On 06/22/2023Starter needs training
We got up to the starter to begin our round. He was very proud of telling us how good the conditions were and to fill in our divots. He NEGLECTED to tell us there were two temporary greens in play this day!

The clubhouse and restaurant/bar are closed as they are remodeling. Temporary bar is there!
I have never seen a putting green this large.
The guys I played with were great as was the round.

Cold, windy, rainy and some sleet for good measure.
Golfing was good despite the inclement weather.

Punched and sand....probably 50% of your score won't be very good. No mention of bad greens on website.

I joined a couple for a great round. Nice folks and lots of fun.
Narrow fairways and sloped greens make for a challenge.

I signed up as a single and was grouped with 3 other nice guys. Great group, very friendly and just a little slower than I am used to.
Got too dark and cold so I couldn't finish.

Weather was perfect and the course was in good shape.
Greens were almost perfect.
Only thing better would have been Free!!
