I would have given this course 5 stars except for the fact that pace of play on the front 9 holes was really slow due to 2 groups in front of me and they would not allow me to play through. No marshal to regulate the pace of play. The 2 groups in front of me only played 9 holes so the pace picked up on the back side but I still caught up to a foursome on number 15 that did not let me play through either. A marshal is needed for sure.

The course is beautiful and in great condition. The greens roll true and the speed of the greens are moderate. Beverage cart goes around and the club house has everything you need from supplies to drinks and food. The only drawback I saw was pace of play was slow. A Marshall needs to be on the course.

This course has a terrible problem with gnat's. The gnats were every where. We purchased a bug spray from the club house that was suppose to work but, I think it attracted the bugs. We used off spray given to us by the greens keeper and that did not work either. The gnats were in our face as we tried to hit tee shots, fairway shots and while trying to putt. This took place during the entire round. The course layout from the blue tees appears to be and after thought. Tree limbs and shrubs were in the flight path of the tee shots. I don't recommend this course to anyone.

The course requires that you be able to hit the relatively straight. Although if you slice or pull the pull slightly you can recover nicely due to the spacing between the tress on the course. This course is in really good condition. The fairways are full with very minimal bare spots. The greens have divots marks where the players have neglected to repair but, overall the greens are good and the speed is average. The only complaint I have is that I played as a single and approached several groups of 6 or even 7 golfers in a one group. Most allowed me to play through except for one group that was acting like A..Holes. A course Marshall would have been nice but no such luck. Overall experience was good. I suggest playing this course.

I recently moved to Dacula and decided it was now time to play Chateau Elan Golf Club since I am only 20 minutes away. WOW, did I make a great decision. Let me start with the staff. Everyone from the bag drop-off location, the pro-shop attendant to the beverage cart lady were excellent. All smiles, friendly and willing to help. Now to the course. The golf course was absolutely beautiful and the condition was spectacular. The plush fairways were great and the greens were superb. Who could ask for anything more. I will be making this my new favorite golf course and many more rounds of golf to be played here by me.

This golf course is in very good condition. The fairways did not have any bare spots and the greens have a fair speed and are in good condition. You can see where management has made improvements to the cart paths. The beverage cart came by about every 30 minutes and several bathroom locations throughout the course. Many elevation changes and several blind shots add to the challenge of the course. I will be returning to play this course again.

This course has many slopes and hills. It's difficult to find a even ball placement. The course is interesting due to the layout. You must pay attention to the lay of the land in order to hit your tee shots to the proper side, otherwise; your ball will roll towards the woods or into a deep valley. Overall this course was fun.

This course was so much more than I expected. The greens were in top condition. I did experience a 2 fairways that require more attention but, overall the fairways are really good. The layout is very different from the average course and the elevation changes along with several blind shots add to the challenge and beauty of the golf course. You will notice that management has given some attention to the cart paths and the price was excellent. I certainly recommend playing this course because I certainly will go play it again.

This golf course will present you with challenges due to the narrow fairways and many water hazards on the front 9. The rough is just that, ROUGH. The green roll at a comfortable pace, not too fast and not too slow. The pace of play was average. I played with a group of four and it took us 4hrs 20 minutes to complete the round and this included stopping at the snack bar after the first 9 holes. This is a wonderful course with a variety of golf challenges being presented throughout the course. Very well done.

The greens and fairways are in very good condition. The course requires you to use your imagination due to several blind tee shots and approach shots to the green. You have to control your distance off the tee on many holes to keep from hitting through the fairway. Lots of uneven lies in the fairway add to the challenge. This course gives you a variety of challenges to consider which makes this an awesome course to play. I played the course as a single in 2hrs 30mins.

This course is ideal for working on your short game. You need to be able to control your tee shots on the par 4 holes otherwise you will encounter some trouble. Greens are in good shape, but they are slow. Accuracy is a must on this course layout. Enjoyed the round and played 18 holes in 2hrs 45 minutes.

The golf course was in good condition. Some spots in the fairway needed to be cut a little bit lower, but otherwise the course was good. The greens are rather fast especially as the day got hotter and the greens dried out. The bunkers need sand. Almost every hole has some sort of elevation change. It may have been the tee box elevated above the fairway or the fairway above the green. Very nice scenery.

The course layout is very nice and the course is rather wide open, so slicing on this course will not hurt you too often.

The course has some very picturesque holes especially at the tee box. The sand traps did not have any sand and very tight lies within the fairway. Nice course for the money and pace of play was great.

The Course layout is interesting. Several holes require that you hit a landing area, so grip it and rip it does not apply for every hole. A driver is not necessary unless you have a lot of control with the club. A 3 wood is ideal. I saw lots of wildlife along the course. I certainly will return to this course. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
