2 par 5's, 4 par 4's, 12 par 3's - if my memory serves me well. Nice hole layouts, great for iron and chipping work. Pace can challenge you patience this time of year, especially weekends. Price is right!

I like this course for it's close location to my home. I also like this course for it's mix of challenges on the varying distance of the par 3's, a few par 4's and a par 5.

The pace is often excellent during the week, we can always find a good tee time and GolfNow hotdeals make this course very attractive this time of year.

I was very impressed with the condition of the fairways, green and rough; they were all the right colors and cut to perfection. I was especially impressed with they're new rules for pace of play, with a target pace of 4 hours a round or less, and friendly reminders and suggestions where needed to keep players moving smoothly along.

putting and chipping greens in good shape, course ok even though we had two days of rain - just a little mud around cart paths.

this is a good practice course for these weary old bones. pace of play a little slow, but then all courses this time of year here are this way

Beautiful course, challenging for my handicap (shot 102), played as a single with a enjoyable threesome again, seems I always get paired with enjoyable players here. Phoenix has many great golf courses, but this course has to be one of my top 6 courses for scenic views.

Very well maintained, pace of 15 minutes a hole is good and adhered to. Players and staff were all friendly and enjoyable. This is the best all around golf course I have played so far in my 50+ years here in the Northwest.

Love the course, we were even thinking of looking into property for building a house. I wrote a review two weeks ago outlining how much I liked the course, of course, I was not hassled over the water containers with ice I brought, and was surprised when our other twosome was allowed to bring their little cooler with them. Last weekend not only was my cooler with ice and water not allowed, but I was hassled over bringing my own water bottles and zip lock bags of ice, "NO REFRESHMENTS" allowed. I took my water and ice anyway, over the objections of the guy arguing with me. I do not consider water and ice a refreshment, but rather a necessity, especially when the ice in their cooler is not for human consumption. I have never been hassled over water and ice before at any course, anywhere, and will not return to Vista Verte either for this discussion again.

Truly a course set in the desert; scenic, well maintained, course pace consistent, forgiving. Friendly staff. Vista Verde is one of my favorite courses.

4 par 4's and 5 par 3's on each 9; if you hit straight you will have a low score, but who hits straight every swing. :-) This course is forgiving, well maintained, carts are in good sharp and so far this is the best course for the money I've found in
Scottsdale.
