Good layout. Well maintained. Attentive rangers for pace of play. Overall a ++ for value for money. Not exactly resort facilities-plane Jane clubhouse but that’s not why you are here. Enjoyed the golf. Not my best round-the course beat me. Will definitely drop in again next trip to FL.

This place is super cheap, but it is in such bad condition it was mega expensive for the value. If it was free, I wouldn’t waste the gas getting there a second time.

I read the other reviews and though how bad could it be? Well it was worse. Besides mowing, nothing has been spent on this course in years. I recommend letting it go back to nature so the residents would have the wildlife to enjoy.

On the plus side, it’s a great design. Challenging holes that require some thought. So sad to see such a neglected place.

Decent course. Compare to NY metro great value. Greens were all running consistently and were quick. Not terribly long from the blue Hit it straight and you’ll score well, Get out of position and there is trouble.

Only real ding was pace of play. At the turn there were 6 groups ahead of us on the 10th tee. Not sure why, but it turned a 2 hour front nine into a 5 1/2 hour round. Seriously., over an hour longer on the back and staff were not anywhere to be seen.
