Good shape very hilly
Course was in good shape greens we're good but tough. The layout is very hilly almost like adventure golf.

Great layout but needs attention and pricing update
We have played Sebastian for many years, it is a great layout with decent greens. Fairways and tee boxes have gotten better but still need attention. Sand traps are now hazards and this course is no longer on GHIN to use for your handicap. Yet they charge the same price or more as other nicer courses in the area????? I play there only occasionally now (once/twice a month) vs a couple a times a week in previous years.

Good course
I really enjoy this course. Poor tee shots will hurt you. Forces you to use punch shot making capability. Greens were very slow.
