Bay Point - Nichlaus
Nice lay out and fun to play. Turf conditions were pretty rough. Perhaps due to time of year, early spring. In my opinion, the greens fee rate was overpriced for the condition of the course. Disappointing. I would not recommend the course in that condition at that price!

Played On 10/25/2017Greens needed cutting badly. Their condition ruined the day!!
The condition of the greens ruined the day for me. Chipping and putting, which is about 50% of the shots in a round, was useless motion.
If and when the greens are worthless, why charge a greens fee???

Bad course condition, play too slow, no ranger, no starter (much confusion on 1st. Tee).
