I was very pleased with all the forced carries for such a short course. With the wind, club selection was paramount.

Only one issue, no forward senior tees. Unless your swing speed is 90 mph or faster you're unfortunately have to play from the ladies tees.

Except for the greens (given it's early Spring) and windy weather, everything about this course was worth the cost.

Wet cold windy conditions along with cart path only made my experience less enjoyable than it usually has been. Lost a lot of balls hiding in leaves.
