Ocotillo used to be one of my favorite courses. Seemed to have taken a step back last few years. I played in a summer league for a a bunch of summers. . Watched it slowly trend downward. With the Mickelson group taking over and the overseed complete, it seems to be regaining some of its luster. This is the second week in a row I’ve been out. All three courses are now open with the white being the last and cart path only. My only negative was over the summer they shut down all three nines to do from what I understand was some irrigation and drainage overhaul. Wish they would have used that down time to fix some of the teeboxes. There’s a few that are crowned and almost impossible to get a good stance on your tee shot. But overall the course is in beautiful shape out of the overseed and well worth the $40

Every time I visit GA Callaway Gardens is a must play for me. Challenging course with something for all levels

I typically try to avoid this course but for 13 dollars and proximity to the house I gave it another try. Course needs lots of attention. There watering but nothing seems to be growing. My ball was in standing water on numerous holes. I doubt I will be back here to play unless its a free round.

Course was in great shape. Fairways where thick and lush. Greens where in great shape and rolling fast. Looked like mower was leaking oil on greens. Hopefully this doesn't ruin them.

This is a great course with a super layout but there currently having issues with grass. 90 percent of every hole has some kind of issue getting the Bermuda to grow. Won't be back anytime soon. Also was told greens keeper took job at Desert Mountain. Don't think it will be better anytime soon.
