Black Bear is one of my favorite courses in the area. It rewards good shots, but has many challenges. The sand traps were a bit wet in spots and sand somewhat hard. The fairways were in good shape and the greens relatively even in their roll. Black Bear is always a fun challenge to play.

Stoneybrook was in very good shape. The greens were medium speed and rolled consistently. The fairways were full and very playable. The course has lots of water that can be navigated using target golf. It was an enjoyable round and the staff was very courteous and friendly. I will definitely come back.

Deltona provides a nice challenge for most golfers with a well laid out course. No water, but plenty of sand. Greens are slower than most courses, but consistent. The staff is always great. Mark the starter, Peggy and Joe inside do a real nice job of making you feel welcome. I play here on a regular basis.

Our round was a bit long due to morning fog (can't be helped) and the club championship going on which included some dastardly pin placements, but fun. The fairways were in above average shape given our recent cold weather. Some of the greens had rough spots as did the fairways but well marked as ground under repair. The staff at this course is always accommodating and friendly. Deer Run is a good value for the price and an interesting layout.

Twin Rivers continues to improve. The new ownership has made positive changes to make the course much more playable. The fairways are a little thin this time of year which is normal. The greens were in good shape. The staff was very friendly and the on course cart service was excellent. Overall, a good value for the money.

We enjoyed a good round on a cold day. The fairways were in decent shape for winter conditions. Overall, the greens were good. A few had some rough spots. Overall, the layout is interesting and the course played fairly. I will play Deer Run again soon. The staff was very accommodating.

The course was very well cleaned up after the recent hurricane. The greens were rough but I'm sure in a few weeks, they will be returning to their usual good condition.The area has experienced a lot of rain recently so there were numerous casual water spots. But this course is above average for the area and a decent bargain.

Black Bear always makes an enjoyable round. The course requires thinking before your shot and requires accuracy to avoid the penalty areas. I play here 6-8 times per year. It is one of my favorite Orlando area courses.

Black Bear has been my favorite course in the North Orlando area for some time. It has challenges that either reward you or penalize you based on your shot making ability. The greens are usually very consistent and fairways nice. The staff is courteous. I always enjoy playing here and don't mind the extra drive from Oviedo.

The course was in very good condition. The greens were consistent, the staff was friendly. Overall, a very good value. We will come back again.

Deltona was in very nice shape even though it had recently been aerated. The greens were extremely well maintained and the value for the price is way above average. A challenging, yet playable course.

The Jones course was one of the nicest courses we have played in the Central Florida area. Every shot, whether fairway or rough was played on very nice turf. Trap placement was challenging for the moderate golfer. Greens were true and the overall course conditions were excellent. The staff made you feel extremely welcome. Definite recommendation.

We played after several hard rains. The greens are in great shape and roll very consistently. Overall, a nice track to play. Staff was very friendly and cordial throughout the round. Several of the tee boxes were in poor shape, but overall, a solid 4 out of 5 stars.

The course was in very good condition with the exception of a couple greens. They definitely needed lots of work. Otherwise, an excellent value for the money. The club attendant was rather dubious of the actual rate we had booked on golfnow.com. I am not sure what that was about? But, once on the course, it played in its usual fine form.

We played just the back 9. The staff is super friendly and goes the extra mile. The course itself features a relatively EZ layout if you are precise. Too far left or right gets you in lots of trouble. You need to use the slope around the greens on your approach. Overall, a fun experience.

Overall, a very tough layout. Shot placement is important. Lots of sand and other hazards. Greens were in very good shape. Overall, a nice value. Take the lunch tee time for an extra $4. Great way to finish your round!

Overall, this course is a tough challenge from the "blues". Greens were in great condition, overall course was above average. The water level is down quite a bit which helped our group find a few more balls. And the staff was just excellent. Very attentive and made you feel like they appreciated your business. I would recommend this course as a good value in the Orlando area.
