Crooked Cat at Orange County National
Played On 09/03/2023Always a Pleasure
OCN. Crooked Cat is how a golf course should look and play! It’s definitely a “big boy course”, you need to come out ready to play! If you’re hitting well and play smart golf, you’ll have a great time…if not, well you’ll definitely learn what you need to work on. As always, the course was in great condition and the staff and facilities were great.
Stoneybrook East Golf Course
Played On 08/28/2022It’s Orlando, WAAAYY better courses for the same price
Where to start…crab grass and unkept tee boxes, mud pit and grab grass fairways, rough that looked like it haven’t been mowed two weeks, the mud pit burnt out greens or total lack of maintenance on irrigation/drainage. This place was an absolute disaster. On top of that they had the gall charge $45!! For this time of year in Orlando you can find much better deals at better courses. I’m a resident in the city and play every weekend. We have this place a shot and will not be returning. Need to change the name to Stoney Crooks.
Crooked Cat at Orange County National
Played On 07/31/2022It’s a “golfers course”
First time playing and walked off with a 97, and with a smile on my face. First off, it’s kept immaculately. The course is designed to be challenging and temp you into some fun shots. I’m a about an 18 handicap, give or take over time, and this place is just a big bunch of fun. It gives you the chance to hit some bad shots and still get creative to make them up. It’s definitely challenging, make no mistake, but it’s not disheartening when you hit a bum shot. Pace of play was right on, so can’t complain there. The Starter was a grouch, but hey, I probably would be too if I was out in Florida heat at 65+ years dealing with a bunch of smart Alec golfers. Anyway, great course, very fun and challenging. Hit ‘em straight y’all!!
Thank you for your review. We will pass along your positive experience to our team at Crooked Cat at Orange County National. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Tight course, lots of water, old tall pines and undulating greens. Layouts a bit funky too, really spread out...have to drive through neighborhood streets at times about .5 mile to get to next tee box. It’s a fun course though, very challenging, don’t expect to bang your driver onto open fairways. Irons are the name of the game here! All in all good course and fun time, just bring an extra box of balls, you’ll need them.
Rio Pinar Golf
Played On 10/11/2020Great old school course
Great old school course, old pines and.live oaks. Great shape all around, little wet and muddy...but it was rainy all week, so that is what it is. Just a tough and fun long hole course, straight drives and consistency are the key. A lot of fun!

For being in not really the greatest area of Orlando, the course and gated community are it’s own little world. Fairways and landscaping always in great shape and the clubhouse/pool area are also great shape. The greens where on the finish cycle of aeration, but that’s just the way it goes sometimes. Overall great value for your money! Some of the longer par 3’s are really challenging
