overall course conditions were terrible. they would have to pay me to play the course again.
course is in terrible condition.
Some greens are almost unplayable. Fairways have way more weeds than grass. Tee boxes are in need of serious repairs. Literally a cow pasture.

We played the course about a year and a half ago. The course has come a long way since then. Very nice for the money. Cart paths could use a little maintanance. Overall good deal.
