A lot of GUR areas but at least they were marked. Greens are really receptive, a tad slow but nice. Fast firm fairways.

The course has better than expected greens, they are a bit slow but overall a smooth roll. The tee boxes are what is holding this place back, it is impossible to find an even lie. Fairways are decent but the rough is patchy crab grass which puts a great demand of making the fairways. Good thing is there is no one playing it so I never had to wait to take a shot.

I think my main gripe is with the par 3 over water that has a tree blocking flight to the green. I get shot shaping but it should not be requirements just to get it onto a playable surface.
I also played in a downpour which showed that the greens drain really well and there was hardly any pooling of water other than a few of the bunkers.
A great course overall and I look forward to playing it in better weather conditions.
Decent Course
There seemed to be a punch of broken sprinklers and muddy areas on the course. a few of the greens were in terrible condition though.
Sorry about the wet conditions. There are a few sprinklers being repaired on the golf course, but the main reason for the wet conditions and long grass was that we were in the middle of our annual overseeding process. During this time we load the fairways and rough withover 16,000 pounds of seed to grow new fairways to ensure great conditions going into the winter and throughout spring and summer. We did have two greens #4 and #14 that were in bad shape and have since been repaired. I do apologize for the conditions during your round, but please contact me at your earliest convenience so we can discuss further and hopefully retain you as a customer.

We are talking about greens that have sand traps basically on them, crab grass growing everywhere on them. The greens were totally un playable with the exception of one that maybe could have be passable to someone golfing for their first time. It wasn't even worth the 50% discounted rate of $12. Guy at the front desk seemed completely disinterested and unfriendly however the cart girl gave excellent service. I wouldn't recommend this course to anybody at all.DO NOT PLAY HERE PERIOD.
