Getting from 1st green to 2nd tee box due to poor signage was a challenge and there were several other trails that needed better direction signs. Play was at times painfully slow due to a physically challenged senior in the group ahead (no ranger intervened until the 16th hole). Greens were in good shape — fairways had some rough spots but were generally in good shape. Staff seemed capable, knowledgeable and polite. Due to a “Hot Deal” price was very reasonable especially when compared to other venues (eg $57 vs up to $140). Not from South Florida but I’d say try it out.

Greens.need watering; they did not hold approach shots and rolled like warped billiard tables. Breaks were very hard to see and read. For the average player - two putts were scarce - and, one putts were as hard as winning the lottery.

Greens were in good shape and fast. Fair rolls but tough reads due to speed and undulations. Most fairways were in good shape but a few had burned/bare areas. Tee boxes were in horrible shape and most had no flat areas. Course was a crazy hilly layout with many blind shots. - would take several rounds to learn how to score. Play if you want a different layout and shot making

Play mostly Baltimore City & County courses - so Oakmont was a welcome change of venue. Course was in very good shape. Greens were firm, faster than aforementioned courses and had very subtle breaks (missed a lot of putts - not lol). Enjoyed much, had fun and, most telling point - my playing partners Want to play course again!

Course like most courses now was in good shape. However due to recent rains - some areas were very wet. Tee boxes need a little work as many were chewed up and/or domed.

Nice layout. Good condition. Greens were fast and firm - approaches did not settle on the Green as much as I was use to playing. Overall - course was a good, pleasant surprise!

For early in the year - course was in very good shape. Dollar value was comparable to both Baltimore City and County premium courses. Course layout was a little more demanding (elevation changes) than the premium courses but very enjoyable. Overall a very nice change of pace from the muni courses in and around Baltimore.
