You cant go wrong with Teravista. They need more carts and afternoon tee times can get messy at times, but the course is worth it.

It was wet and windy but I shot the best round of my life. The course is amazing, greens are true, and well maintained all around. Get it on a hot deal and it is the best bang for the buck you can find.
Avery Ranch Golf Club

Great course. I joined a group playing the white tees so it was a banner day coming in at 78. I look forward to trying it again a little further back.
Roy Kizer Golf Course

Kizer is an easy course and helps the ego. The greens are a little furry and slow but after a rough summer they should be fine soon. Driving range was down for repair but Kizer is always a fun time.

Very nice course. For a Sunday afternoon in August at 100 degrees, I was shocked to have no beverage cart riding around.

ShadowGlen is a great course and with a hot deal becomes one of the best bangs for the buck in the Austin area. The course is well maintained and is a challenge for any level. Number 1 is easy and number 18 is easy. Everything in between will make you think.
Pine Forest Golf Club

It is a long way from anywhere, but it is worth the trip for an old school round of golf.

La Cantera Resort - The Palmer Course

This course is in amazing shape. Greens are as true as I have ever played, I used my discount code but I would pay 79 dollars easily to play this course. It is longer than most courses from the gold tees and course knowledge is crucial. I paired up with a guy who knew the course or it would have been very tough. Don't bring your ego if you are a 9 handicap or more, but enjoy every hole for its thoughtful design.

This course is great. Very friendly staff. The bunkers are the only area that need attention.
Bluebonnet Hill Golf Club & Range

Very windy day at Bluebonnet, but on a hill, that is expected. Greens are better than most muni's and the course is in good shape overall. Great staff and friendly players.
