the course appeared to have good bones but the condition was beyond bad. tees were a D, fairways and rough were a F, greens were puttable but not much more than that. It is a shame that owners let a course deteriorate like this. Note to owners; If you are going to let it rot in this fashion why not sell the thing to someone that gives a darn. I feel sorry for the homeowners, they have an eyesore in their backyard. Finished up on a Saturday at 3pm and restaurant and bar was closed. Bought beers and sodas from a vending machine in pro shop. Shameful!

rolling oaks is a gem. pine barrens seems to get more love but it's not warranted.
Play Rolling Oaks. great layout, good conditions. Overall good experience

pine barrens is a must play. course is a great layout, good conditions and very challenging.
The greens can be somewhat unfair though. Not a flat spot on most of them therefore cups are constantly cut on slopes and many pin placements are just unfair.

played this place as a guest a few weeks ago and the conditions were terrible. considering this is a private club you would expect much better. When I mentioned the conditions to other members they say "it's been terrible for some time", "it's not because of the weather". went into grill after play and there was no food available. what type of private course has no food for their members at 400 pm on a weekend?
This place is owned by one of the large consolidators and it clearly looks that way. only got thing about this place is you can walk and no tee times needed.
