Is aeration really a four letter word?

Freshly punched and sanded greens aren't all that bad when you're play one of GolfNow's Hot Deals. If the weather's good and you get to go out by yourself and play a two-ball best ball, how could there be anything to complain about?

Truly historic ambiance

The front nine truly has a historic feel about it, and is comfortably walkable. Everything is out in front of you, with a very pleasing variety of holes. The back nine departs somewhat dramatically from the front with terrain changes that demand the use of a cart for old guys like me. As with the front side, the variety of holes present you with one beautiful visual after another gorgeous scene.

Huge potential

They're working very hard to bring this scenic and fun layout back to total playability. It's a well bunkered course, but their restoration is not yet complete, with those still needing attention being playing as "ground under repair."

The use of recycled water is perforcely the future of golf course management but, upon reaching the par three12th hole, or "Stinky, " as one might dub it, the reality of this practice wafts acridly from the storage pond over which you fly your tee shot. Thankfully the next tee box is far enough away from the 12th green that you can once again inhale the clean air of the Island.
